I bought this light for our young Canary. He loves the light and I have noticed a difference in his level of activity, plus he is singing more! The light doesn't get hot, and it puts out a very clean bright light. I will be buying more of these! |

I bought this bulb for my African Grey's lamp but I'm also using it to read by in the chair next to the grey's cage. It gives off a very bright, clear light and is restful to the eyes, as long as you don't look directly at the bulb! |

I needed some extra bit of natural lighting to keep the birds healthy and in great spirits and these bulbs are doing just that. I highly recommend these to anyone in need of full spectrum lighting for their birds. |

I bought this to put in my new flight cage when I get it finished.
Right now I am using it for the live plants I have to put in the cage.
Works very well for the plants. I think it will be great for the larger cage. |

My vet recommended a full spectrum light for my cockatiel. I researched this type of light and found Windy City Parrot. I was impressed with their description of the product and with the price. These folks are responsive and shipped fast. I don't know yet if "Buddy" is benefitting, but she seems to be fine with it. Will buy another one when needed. Thanks. |

The importance of proper lighting for house parrots can not be stressed enough. This light blub is absolutly wonderful, it gives my bird the needed natual sunlight he needs. I installed it in my hanging light that took a standard light blub that hangs over the cage I keep one of my birds in the livingroom. |

The first bulb came to me broken, I called the 800 number and they said they'd send another out right away and I received the replacement very quickly, I was very impressed with this customer service!
I LOVE this bulb and so do both of my macaw parrots! |
