Preheat oven to 350 degrees
1 ½ cups Dr. Harvey’s What’s Cookin’1 ½ cups water2 organic eggs2 tablespoons olive oil, fish oil or flax oil¼ cup unsweetened applesauce (optional)
Mix all ingredients in a small bowl. Pour into oiled muffin tins.Bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes. Let cool , remove muffins from tin serve warm.
Break up muffins in to smaller pieces. Try placing pieces inside your bird’s favorite toy.Muffins may be frozen and used as needed. Always warm slightly before serving.
