This item is ideal in that birds cannot unscrew the ball at the top.

This 1-1/2" ball size has a thicker rod and the ball fits bird cage bar spacing up to 1-1/4" without falling through.

	Many Uses, although my bird got it off the cage
	Bought 2 of these kebob skewers for my Umbrella Cockatoo. I hung toys on one and left it in his cage everyday. The other one I used to hang fresh fruits and veggies on. He has been able to unscrew every other toy fixture or perch that I have put in his cage, so I thought this would be a good fix. I didn't think it was possible, but I came home from work and he had unscrewed the ball and the skewer was left at the bottom of his cage. I suppose 3 months is a long life for a parrot toy/accessory
