Almost every item on our website has points assigned to it. You can see the point value in every listing. (On Sale Items, do not accumulate rewards points, plus some other items do not offer points. See each listing for the points to be earned per item, if no points noted, the item is not included in the Rewards program)
You can donate your free bird food to your favorite bird and parrot rescue - contact us immediately with the new address when placing your rewards order and we will ship the Free Bird Food to the Bird Rescue of your choice.

If you are in Hawaii or Alaska we will send your rewards items WITH your merchandise order. We will not ship separately due to to extreme shipping costs.
