i have 79 points. how do i redeem them?
Our points program has changed. The website developers installed a new program. It is actually better than before but will take a little getting used to.
The last rewards program that was on this website, made you log in, go to a particular page of items, select one, redeem and it would create the order and if you had more points, you would have to go back in and do another order for the next rewards item until you were done or had used up all your points.
Now, points are good on well over 500 items. And it is not just food. (You must be logged in) So while you are shopping, you can select an item within your points range, click on the GREEN button that says
and it will be added to your current order . Items range from about $1.75 up to $50 and include food, toys, hardware, supplies, etc.
Just go to an item you want and see how many points it will be to redeem and if you have enough you can just select them.
If you chose to just redeem points alone, with no order. You will incur shipping charges, so it is best to redeem when you are placing a stock order to avoid that.

I looked at your past rewards orders and I see you like the Higgins Millet Bits. You have enough for 2 bags of them, I would be happy to redeem the points needed from your account and send along two bags of Millet Bits if you like.
Please let me know as soon as possible, as your order will be shipping today. Otherwise, you can redeem them when you place your NEXT stock order.
This will take a little adjustment but in time people will learn and it will be an easy way to use them up with less separate orders.
