This perch is the best thing we bought for our Macaw ever. It took about a week for her to go near it but once she discovered it, she has not moved off of it. Thank you for this wonderful product. The quality is exceptional.

I live in NEw England, and i picked this up while on vacation in Chicago. It is absolutely perfect, and totally worth the price. Trixie (my budgie) spends a good part of her winters on it, and it gives me peace of mind to know her tootsies are staying nice and warm. Its not super hot, so you don't need to be worried aobut them being burned or anyhting, and the heat varies as you move on the perch so if one part is too hot or too cold they can find a better spot. The cord is totally safe: there's a stainless steel plate covering it, and then covered in a slinky type thing to keep her beak off the cord, if she got past the plate. I highly reccomend it, you'll never be sorry.
