This cage is one of our best sellers for all the
right reasons. First - its versatility. The bars are wire and the frame is
wrought iron.
Half-a-dozen finches or a few Budgies would not only look good,
they'd be happy. The 32 inch width provides adequate room for side-to-side
flight.
Overall height means good separation and the 21 inch depth is means the
cage won't project into the room. We wouldn't hesitate to put in a pair of Sun
Conures for breeding in this unit. Two breeder doors provide opportunity for
greater production with smaller species.
A play stand can easily sit on the top of the
cage with plenty of room for supplies on the bottom shelf. The cage can be
removed from the stand (sorry, they can't be sold separately) and will blend
nicely as furniture, when placed on a side table.
This is the cage that fits your
needs and your budget, order one today.

Downloaded assembly instructions were easy to understand and very helpful.
Cage Construction beats any of the 'store bought' ones we looked at.
One bird already has discovered what his wings are for, but the female is still walking every where she wants to go. She's trying though.
Overall, we (and the birds) are VERY happy.
Still can't believe the price for this great cage. - Thank you.

This is quite a large cage for the price, and I really had my doubts on the quality when I ordered. When I received it, though, my fears were put to rest immediately. This cage is absolutely amazing. It is beautiful, sturdy, well constructed, and comfortable for my finches. It would make a great home for a pair of cockatiels or parrotlets, or a few budgies, or several finches. It was easy to put together by myself, but heavy enough that I don't worry about it tipping over. It truly is a fantastic cage, especially for the price. In fact, I'm inheriting a cockatiel, and I fully intend to purchase another one. Thank you for a great cage at a great price and for very quick shipping!

I purchased this cage for my lovebirds. It is perfect. Great design, and pretty easy to assemble. I did it by myself in about half an hour with a regular screwdriver. It looks nice and is very spacious making for very happy birds. I will definately be getting another one soon to replace the cage my cockatiels are in!! You can't get a better cage for the price!! If you are unsure, and debating, get this cage. I tried another cage first from another supplier and was very disappointed. I wish I would have gone with this one first. Pick this one, and be happy the first time!!

This is a beautiful cage. I moved up to this cage for my four budgies from two typical pet-shop cages that just didn't have enough room. This cage is really spacious and well constructed. I love the fact that the bottom grid is removable for easy cleaning. I assembled the cage by myself using a manual screwdriver, and it took only about 30 minutes to assemble both the cage and its cart. I was impressed by the fact that the machine screws used to assemble the cage screw into countersunk brass threaded fittings -- that is such a nice construction detail and much better than I was expecting. I did experience some minor problems that I think resulted from the shipping process. The front panel of the cage was slightly bent near the bottom, but I was able to place it on our carpeted floor and just apply some foot pressure to straighten it. Also, the two side panels were next to each other in the box and the breeder door latch on one had become wedged in the other side panel. A little work with a slipjoint pliers straightened out the door. One of the two plastic feed dishes was broken on the end, I think because the dishes were included in the same box with the casters for the cart and the nuts and bolts. But these are minor issues that are far outweighed by how satisfied I am with the cage and cart. The casters on the cart are good ones that allow it to roll easily on the carpeted floor. The brass color is what I'd call more of a "wet sand" color -- very nice and neutral. One of the front-door latch mechanisms was very stiff but now works just fine after some judicious application of WD-40. Note that the cage is pretty heavy and I had to have my son's help to lift it onto the cart after both were assembled. A man probably would be able to handle the weight, however, and do this himself.
Overall, I am very, very pleased with this flight cage and would definitely recommend it to other budgie owners. My four only took a couple of hours to get used to all the new space, and they are so much happier. In their old cages they only had room to stretch their wings and walk around on the bottom of the cages. Now they can flap their wings with impunity and enjoy actual short bursts of flight. Thanks, Windy City Parrot, for a great product!
